Oswald has left his mark in various International eateries and has been equally successful in a number of renowned restaurants in Malta. Oswald was trained by the world renowned Chef, Andrew Fairlie at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. He was part of the team when the Gleneagles Hotel restaurant was awarded the second Michelin Star.
Oswald and his team are pleased to offer their culinary creations for outside catering and they also extend their services as private personal chefs for your dinner party and other private functions.
